Although Somner Place prides itself in being a self-managed community, it has contracted with Snow Property Services, a Gilbert, AZ bonded financial management company that has expertise in handling all of the HOA’s monetary affairs. Those financial aspects include budget analysis, accounts receivable and payable, tax preparation, and yearly compilation. Architectural Review Form
As outlined in the CC&Rs, no new construction, remodeling, landscaping or aesthetic changes may commence on any property or exterior of any home without written prior approval of the Board of Directors. A submission of the Architectural Form is required to detail any such alteration or improvement prior to beginning the work.
Exterior Paint Colors
Here you can find the only approved colors for Somner Place’s home exteriors with our Dunn-Edwards-exclusive flat, latex paint palette. Please be sure to submit an Architectural Form detailing the chosen approved color, in writing, to the Board of Directors in advance of commencing your painting project, so the proper color can be documented and final, signed consent granted.
